SHOULD A CHRISTIAN BUY GOLD

SHOULD CHRISTIANS BUY GOLD
God tells us to not lay up treasure here on earth where rust and moth can corrupt and thieves can break in and steal. There are some good reasons too. How can we minister to those in need when we've turned our resources into gold bars and coins? Are we going to hand a man on a corner a coin worth hundreds of dollars to get a meal? There is a time coming when anyone with a gold chain will be in real danger. The Lord said, No, we should lay up treasure in Heaven where it can't be molested.

If our "religion" isn't teaching us these principles it would be smart to take a quick walk to the door. I'd bet they don't teach we must be born again too. Once "in Christ" by receiving His Spirit [Breath] the things of this world lose much of their luster. We should be looking forward to dancing with our loved ones upon streets of Gold. If you'll read Revelations 19-22 you will receive much comfort and advice. Read there who will not be with us on the streets of the New Jerusalem. There may be some in your family who need to repent right away. Please tell them that Amazing Grace isn't a permanent gift from God. He said, "I will not strive with man forever."

We who have Jesus [1 John 5:12] have eternal life and have been left here to give it away, "Freely you have received, freely give." We can do this daily by seeking the anointing of the Holy Spirit [When the Holy Spirit comes upon you then you shall receive power to be my witnesses.....etc]. He will open our eyes to see those whom He has prepared to hear our story of salvation. If you don't have one, get on it now! Read Romans 10: 9-10, Ephesians 2: 8-10, John 1:12 and John 3:16 plus John 3:36 a warning.

Be baptize in Jesus Name like in the Book of Acts, He is God, Emmanuel. If you want more, please read from my blog. captben61.blogspot.com

  1. THANK YOU - THANK YOU -- I saw a gold ''ad'' by someone in authority that I trusted and kept holding back from getting involved. I'm glad I did. We never like to see false teachers get too close to our heart -- who hasn't been deceived? I know I've been taken ''once or twice'' but now, thanks to my Lord Jesus, when I get the feeling to 'hold back' I LISTEN AND FOLLOW, instead of in my old self: Rebelling! So thanks for this teaching...you have confirmed my positioning!!
